When and where is The Gathering?
The first Valkana Gathering is planned for Summer 2028 on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The exact location is shared with confirmed guests at the appropriate stage of the booking process. We do not publish public coordinates.
How many people can attend?
The working capacity is a maximum of 800 guests. Final capacity remains subject to the venue, permits, safety planning and local requirements.
How do invitations work?
You can request an invitation through the Society page. An application is not a purchase. If invited, you will receive the applicable access options, price, inclusions and booking terms before any payment.
Is Society membership the same as a Gathering pass?
No. Society membership is a year-round relationship with Valkana. Gathering passes are event-specific. One does not automatically include the other unless an invitation explicitly says so.
What is the phone and camera policy?
Certain music and intimate experience zones are intended to be photo-restricted. Practical rules will be communicated before arrival. Emergency phone access remains possible.
Is accommodation included?
Only access products that explicitly state accommodation include it. Standard Gathering access does not automatically include a stay.
What does Valkana mean by lower-impact production?
The intention is to minimize permanent interventions, unnecessary materials, waste and avoidable disturbance. Final measures depend on the chosen site, permits and environmental requirements. We do not claim that an event can have zero impact.
What about accessibility and rugged terrain?
Some coastal locations may involve uneven stone, steps or unpaved paths. Accessibility information for the final venue will be published before booking so guests can make an informed decision.
What happens in bad weather?
Safety comes first. The final operating plan will define weather thresholds, schedule changes, shelter arrangements and cancellation or refund procedures. These terms will be shown before purchase.
What is the minimum age?
The Gathering is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Final age and identification requirements will be included in the booking terms.
